About Module 3: Mastering Aerial Photography
Students will know how to perform foundational flight patterns used in drone photography and videography—building confidence, control, and smooth cinematic shots.
Students will understand how to frame compelling aerial photos and videos using principles of composition and lighting—maximizing visual impact and storytelling from above.
Students will understand how to manually control ISO, shutter speed, and white balance to capture sharper, more cinematic drone photos and videos—especially in changing light conditions.
Students will know how to enhance their drone footage through basic editing techniques in both photos and videos—using contrast, color, and cropping to create professional-grade results.
Students will be able to identify the best editing tools for drone photography and videography, and understand the basic workflow for turning raw footage into professional content.
